French cookware from the Vosges, since 1830
De Buyer makes cookware in Le Val-d'Ajol, in the French Vosges. In 1830 a metalworks was founded there that made sheet metal and wrought iron tools; in 1867 it passed to the De Buyer family.
De Buyer is not in our webshop. Debecker supplies it on request.
Steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminium
De Buyer has around 3,000 products: pans in steel, stainless steel, copper and non-stick aluminium, as well as mandolines, silicone moulds and pastry tools. The brand is mainly aimed at professional kitchens and serious home cooks.
Together with chefs
De Buyer develops its products with professional chefs, using materials suited to the different techniques of classic French cooking. The company holds the French Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label.
When De Buyer fits
De Buyer suits a kitchen where every technique needs its own pan: steel for searing, stainless steel and copper for sauces, and tools for pastry.
Preparing your request
