Every venue has its own requirements. A restaurant looks for plates that suit the chef's cooking and glasses that do justice to the wine list. A hotel needs sturdy porcelain and cutlery for breakfast, and equipment for the buffet. A caterer wants serving platters and buffet equipment that travel well to events. A bar thinks first of cocktail and beer glasses, and of lamps for the evening.

Because we serve all of these customers, our range is broad: from hard-wearing hospitality porcelain that goes through the dishwasher every day to handmade pieces for a fine dining restaurant. In the showroom and on the phone, we help you work out what suits your venue and your guests.

A glass shapes how a wine, beer or cocktail comes across to the guest. In our hospitality glassware you will find Spiegelau, German crystal glass with 32 collections and 155 products. Hi lite, Festival, Authentis, Lifestyle and Vino grande cover the classic wine list. The Craft beer-glasses are made for specialty beer, and Perfect serve and the Special glasses are aimed at cocktails and champagne.

We also supply Nachtmann, with crystal glasses and vases in 9 collections, including Bossa nova, Highland, Noblesse, Punk and Palais. For a distinctive touch at the bar, there are the glasses from Zafferano (Bilia, Veneziano Mixology and Perle) and the mouth-blown Sublime Blownglass line from Pordamsa.

Porcelain in hospitality has to withstand heavy use and still suit your cooking. That is why our hospitality porcelain lets you choose from ten brands, each with its own character. Schönwald has been making German professional hospitality porcelain since 1879, with lines such as Fine Dining, Shiro, Delight, Create, Unlimited, Form 98 and Coffee Tasting. Figgjo has done the same in Norway since 1941, with Base, Brem, Europa, Front Dining, Furo, Pax, Tilt and Verde, among others.

If you are looking for more colour and texture, Playground offers 21 collections, such as Elements, Terra, Nara, Glow, Loft, Savanna and Sea. For venues where the chef lets the plate do the talking, there is Pordamsa (Spanish culinary porcelain since 1975), Vista Alegre with Chefs' Collection, Infinita and Mineral, and the handmade Turkish porcelain of Esma Dereboy. Dibbern, Le Coq Porcelaine, Heart & Soul and Luesma & Vega complete the range.

In a venue, cutlery is constantly used, washed and laid again. Our cutlery for hospitality comes from two brands. Comas has 54 collections and 647 products, from classics such as Baguette, London, Madrid and Hotel to the BCN lines in Satin Gold, Black and Copper, Kodai, Lab and the Chef series. Robert Welch has been designing British cutlery since 1955, with 25 collections including Arden, Baguette, Blockley, Honeybourne, Kingham, Radford, RW2 and Stanton.

Many items are sold per pack, for example of 6 or 12 pieces. The price per pack is always shown with the product, so you can see at once how much you are restocking.

A small lamp on the table changes the atmosphere of a dining room or terrace. Among our cordless table lamps you will find Zafferano, with rechargeable lamps such as Poldina, Ofelia, Olivia, Pina, Swap and Angelina. Imagilights supplies cordless LED lamps such as Grand cru, Petit cru, Mirai, Cosmos, Demoiselle and Solaris, with a matching Charger. From Humble there are One, Two, Bee, Firefly and Bug.

Because the lamps are cordless, you place them wherever you need them, with no cables across the floor and no socket at every table.

Beyond the laid table, we also supply what goes around it: buffet equipment, table accessories, cookware and platters for serving.

In our showroom at Doenaertstraat 16 in Marke, the tables are fully laid. You see how a plate, a glass and a knife look together, and you can pick them up before you decide. There is always someone who knows the range and can help you choose.

Visits are by appointment, so we have time for you. You can book a showroom appointment during opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30, and on Friday until 16:30. On Saturday we are open by appointment only, and we are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Kortrijk lies on the E17, close to the French border, and is connected to Bruges by the A17 and to Ypres by the A19.

You report a return within 14 days of receipt, after which you have 14 days to send it back. Return costs are paid by Udo Debecker BV.
