Hospitality supplies West Flanders

Your supplier just around the corner

The season on the coast does not wait. When the terrace fills up on the first warm day, the glasses need to be there and the plates stacked and ready. That is when you want a supplier who is close by, knows your range and moves fast.

Debecker is based in Kortrijk, in the heart of West Flanders, and has supplied glassware, porcelain, cutlery and table lighting to restaurants, hotels, brasseries and caterers since 1994. From De Panne to Knokke-Heist, from Bruges to the Westhoek.

Want to drop by? Our showroom is in your province

For a business in West Flanders, our showroom is not a day trip but a quick stop. The tables are fully set, so you can see and handle glasses, plates and cutlery side by side. Someone who knows the range inside out looks at your menu and your venue with you.

Book an appointment and feel free to bring a plate or glass you use today. Together we will find what goes with it, or what can replace it.

Ready for the season on the coast

A seaside terrace runs at full speed. Glasses break faster, plates go through the dishwasher more often. With a professional account, your regular items are saved in an order list, so before Easter or the summer you reorder everything you need in one go.

For sunny evenings on the terrace, the cordless table lamps from Zafferano and Imagilights set the mood, with no cables across the floor.

Equipping a coastal terrace: what do you need?

Opening a new terrace or refreshing the one you have? Then you want to know in one go what belongs on the table and behind the bar. Put this list next to your menu and cross off what you do not need.

Beer and soft drinks. This is where the volume is. For craft and specialty beer there are the Craft beer-glasses from Spiegelau. For water and soft drinks, choose a simple glass that is easy to reorder.

Wine, bubbles and cocktails. For an aperitif by the sea, take a wine glass from Spiegelau's Hi lite or Festival collection, plus a champagne glass from the Special glasses. Serving cocktails? Look at Perfect serve too.

Plates for lunch and afternoon. A flat and a deep size, a dessert plate and coffee cups. Figgjo and Schönwald make professional hospitality porcelain, and for coffee there is Schönwald's Coffee Tasting line.

Cutlery. Knife, fork, spoon and coffee spoon per cover, all from one collection. That way everything keeps matching when you reorder. Comas has 54 collections, from Madrid to London.

For the evening. Cordless lamps such as the Poldina from Zafferano or the Petit cru from Imagilights. You charge them during the day and put them on the tables at night.

Stock for the season: how to reorder smartly

Running out of glasses in August costs you revenue. A cupboard full of surplus costs you money. A good order list helps you find the middle ground.

Before the season starts, count what you actually put on the table, per cover and per type. Then count what is left in the cupboard from last season. The difference, plus a reserve for breakage, is your first order.

Count in packs, not single pieces. Many items come in packs of 6 or 12, and the price per pack is shown with every product. So you know the cost up front.

Then save that order as an order list for the season. When the next rush comes, you open the list, adjust the quantities and order again. Combine glassware, porcelain and cutlery and you reach the €750 excl. VAT for free delivery sooner.

Hospitality supplies for Bruges, Kortrijk, Roeselare and the Westhoek

Fine dining. Chefs cooking at a high level in Bruges or elsewhere in the province look for plates that give the dish a stage. At Pordamsa, Esma Dereboy and Playground you will find shapes and textures that stand out, and at Schönwald and Figgjo a strong professional porcelain foundation.

Brasseries and beer bars. A good beer deserves a good glass. Spiegelau has its own line of beer glasses, alongside glasses for wine and cocktails. Browse all our hospitality glassware.

Hotels and B&Bs. From breakfast to dinner: choose cutlery that can handle a long day, from Comas or Robert Welch, and porcelain that is easy to top up later.
