Shipping costs by country
The webshop calculates shipping costs automatically according to this table. These rates apply to the webshop for private customers; the free delivery threshold applies to your order value incl. VAT.
All amounts are final prices, VAT included. What you see here is what you pay at checkout.

Private customers: prices including 21% VAT
In the webshop for private customers, all prices include 21% VAT. In Belgium you pay €8 incl. VAT for shipping, and delivery is free on orders from €100 incl. VAT. To the Netherlands and Luxembourg, shipping is €25 incl. VAT, free from €1,000 incl. VAT.
Delivery of hospitality supplies in Belgium
In Belgium we deliver to every province and to Brussels. Shipping costs €8 incl. VAT and is free on orders from €100 incl. VAT.
What this means for each region, from getting to the showroom to the local hospitality scene, is explained per province: West Flanders, East Flanders, Antwerp, Limburg, Flemish Brabant, Brussels, Walloon Brabant, Hainaut, Namur, Liège and Luxembourg Province.
Delivery of hospitality supplies in the Netherlands
Shipping to the Netherlands is €25 incl. VAT, free from €1,000 incl. VAT.

Delivery of hospitality supplies in Luxembourg
The same amounts apply to Luxembourg as to the Netherlands: €25 incl. VAT for shipping, free from €1,000 incl. VAT.

Ordering and payment
You order in the webshop and pay online by card, Apple Pay or Bancontact via Stripe. Many hospitality items are sold per pack, for example of 6 or 12 pieces. The price per pack is shown with the product, so you know in advance how many pieces you will receive.
Returns: how it works
If an item turns out not to suit your venue, you can send it back. This applies to all three countries we deliver to. You can find the full conditions in our returns policy.
- Report the return within 14 days of receipt.
- Then send the items back within 14 days.
- Return costs are paid by Udo Debecker BV.
- You are refunded within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return.
