The webshop calculates shipping costs automatically according to this table. Note the difference between the thresholds: for trade customers the amount excl. VAT counts, for private customers the amount incl. VAT.

The shipping costs themselves are always shown excl. VAT. The same amounts apply to the Netherlands and Luxembourg, while Belgium has its own rate.

With a professional account in the B2B webshop you see net prices excl. VAT. For a business in Belgium, Belgian VAT is simply added to that.

If you are a trade customer outside Belgium, in the Netherlands or Luxembourg, and you have a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies. No Belgian VAT is then charged. As is usual with the reverse charge, you account for the VAT yourself in your own VAT return. If in doubt, ask your accountant how this works for your business.

So make sure your VAT number is correctly entered in your account before you order.

In the webshop for private customers, all prices include 21% VAT. In Belgium you pay €8 excl. VAT for shipping, and delivery is free on orders from €100 incl. VAT. To the Netherlands and Luxembourg, shipping is €25 excl. VAT, free from €1,000 incl. VAT.

The reverse charge applies only to trade customers with a valid VAT number, not to private customers.

In Belgium we deliver to every province and to Brussels. A trade customer pays €20 excl. VAT for shipping, free from €750 excl. VAT. That threshold is lower than for other countries, so an ordinary restocking order often ships free of charge.

Shipping to the Netherlands is €25 excl. VAT, free for trade customers from €1,000 excl. VAT. With a valid VAT number the reverse charge applies, so as a Dutch business you do not pay Belgian VAT.

The same rules apply to Luxembourg as to the Netherlands: €25 excl. VAT for shipping, free from €1,000 excl. VAT for trade customers, and reverse charge VAT with a valid VAT number.

You order in the webshop and pay online by card via Stripe. Many hospitality items are sold per pack, for example of 6 or 12 pieces. The price per pack is shown with the product, so you know in advance how many pieces you will receive.

With a professional account, reordering is quicker:

• Order lists per venue or per season
• Your full order history, including invoices from before the webshop, with every line available to reorder
• Search by item number, exactly as it appears on your invoice

If an item turns out not to suit your venue, you can send it back. This applies to all three countries we deliver to. You can find the full conditions in our returns policy.

• Then send the items back within 14 days.

• You are refunded within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return.
