Return Policy

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product is unused
• The product is in its original condition
• The product is in its original packaging
• The product is complete and undamaged

Products that have been used or are no longer in their original condition cannot be accepted, unfortunately.

3. Return Costs

Return costs are fully covered by Udo Debecker BV.

After registering your return, you will receive instructions from us for returning your order free of charge.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging our products. Should a product arrive damaged or be defective, we will of course resolve this for you free of charge.

• Free replacement of the damaged product
• An appropriate solution in consultation with the customer

We kindly ask you to report any damage as soon as possible after receipt by e-mail, so that we can resolve this quickly.

5. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original payment.

The refund will be processed within 14 days after we have received and inspected the return.

6. Return Procedure

1. Send an e-mail to our customer service with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive further return instructions from us.
3. Pack the product safely in its original packaging.
4. Send the package back according to the instructions received.
