Buffet and serving equipment from Germany
APS makes equipment for catering, buffet, table and bar. The German family company Assheuer + Pott was founded in 1933, is run today by the fourth generation and is based in Sundern, in the Sauerland.
APS is not in our webshop. Debecker supplies it on request.
A wide range
The APS range has more than 3,000 items, and according to the company 200 to 300 new ones are added every year. It runs from platters, stands and presentation boards for the buffet to serveware for the table and the bar.
For buffet and reception
A buffet needs equipment that adds height, keeps food hot or cold and can be refilled quickly during service. That is what the APS range is built for: pieces that together make up a buffet, for breakfast, lunch or a reception.
When APS fits
APS suits a hotel with a breakfast buffet, a caterer working on location, or a venue that regularly hosts receptions and walking dinners.
Preparing your request
Tell us how many guests you serve at a buffet, and whether it is breakfast, lunch or a reception. Measure the tables or counter where the buffet goes, and mention what has to stay hot or cold. That lets us see which pieces, sizes and heights fit, and how many you need to refill during service.

APS is not in our webshop. You order on request: get in touch or book an appointment in the showroom in Marke (Kortrijk). We look at what your buffet needs and request it. It works the same way for venues in East Flanders. Other items are under buffet equipment.
