Le Coq Porcelaine tableware is made for hospitality and banqueting: plates, charger plates and platters that frame a dish. The brand was created in the 1980s in Florence and has belonged to the Italian company ILSA since 2019. Each material its own table

Aphros and Ionica are New Bone China, Anemone is bone china. Hesperis is alumina porcelain, Skalistos and Thalassios are stoneware. Anthiros, Florentius and Deras are porcelain, and Helios is a range of glass plates. One brand covers both a finely laid table and a sturdy brasserie base.

Charger plates for the laid cover

Almost every collection has a charger plate: Aphros at 29 cm, Hesperis and Ionica at 30.5 cm, Anemone, Anthiros and Florentius at 32 cm, Skalistos at 33 cm and Helios at 33.5 and 34 cm, in glass with gold or platinum beads. At a banquet the charger is in place before the guests arrive, and every course is set on it.

Colour and decoration

Ionica comes in ivory, light blue, pink, turquoise and black, mostly with a gold rim. Skalistos has a relief and comes in beige, denim, ivory, pink, sage green and black. Anthiros pairs white with blue, green or Tyrian purple, Florentius white with blue or orange, and Thalassios white with a blue relief decoration. Deras has a gold finish.

Buffet and mise en place

Aphros has 6.5 cm amuse bowls, 9 cm aperitif dishes, gourmet plates of 31 and 32 cm, oval trays of 34.5 x 18 and 43 x 23 cm and milk jugs of 7 and 14 cl, in glossy and matt white. Hesperis has pasta plates of 26, 30.5 and 35.5 cm and rectangular trays, Thalassios jugs of 20, 50 and 140 cl.
