Robert Welch cutlery comes from Chipping Campden in the English Cotswolds, where Robert Welch opened his workshop in the old Silk Mill in 1955. At Debecker you choose Robert Welch cutlery for hospitality and for the home from 418 items in 25 collections.
Radford: the most complete range
Radford is the largest Robert Welch collection at Debecker: 60 pieces in polished Bright and 35 in matt Satin. Besides knife, fork and spoon you will find cheese knives, grapefruit spoons, ice cream spoons, canapé forks, serving cutlery and children's cutlery, and in Satin an oyster fork.
Classic or clean-lined
For a classic table, look at Kingham, Arden, Honeybourne or Baguette. Cleaner lines come from RW2, Stanton and Blockley. Baguette and Quinton also come in a Vintage finish, and Blockley also as Blockley Slate.

Robert Welch cutlery comes in packs of 12. Every collection in our range has a table knife, table fork, dessert spoon, steak knife and coffee or espresso spoon, so you top up piece by piece what you need.

The length of the table knife varies by collection, from 20.5 cm for the short Arden knife to 24.2 cm for Radford and Baguette Vintage. Choose a length that suits the size of your plates and the space on the table.

Choosing cutlery for your venue
- Count per piece. The number of covers times the courses you use it for, plus what is in the wash, plus a reserve.
- Add the steak knife. If you serve meat, take the steak knife from the same collection, so it matches the knife and fork.
- Satin or Bright. Satin is matt, Bright polished. Set them next to your plates in the showroom before you choose.
- Serving cutlery for buffet and cheese. Radford has serving spoons and forks, cheese knives and canapé forks, and in Satin an oyster fork.
Robert Welch at home
For a dining table at home, each person needs a table knife, a table fork, a dessert spoon and a coffee spoon, plus a steak knife if you serve meat. With one pack of 12 per piece you lay a table for twelve. A pack of dessert spoons or steak knives also makes a gift that lasts.

Bright, Satin, Vintage and Slate
Polished Bright reflects the light and suits a classic table with white porcelain. Satin gives a calmer, matt surface. Vintage in Baguette and Quinton and Slate in Blockley each have a character of their own. Which finish suits your venue is best seen next to your own plates.
